1. Introduction
These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through ulabsnow. By placing an order for laboratory testing services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services
ulabsnow provides clinical laboratory collection services. We facilitate the collection of samples and coordinate with certified diagnostic laboratories for processing. We do not provide medical advice or treatments.

3. Ordering & Payment
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change without notice. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods as indicated at checkout.

4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled collection appointment may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours or "no-shows" may be subject to a cancellation fee. Once a sample has been collected, no refunds will be issued.

5. Test Results
Results are typically delivered within 24-48 hours via our secure doctor/patient portal. While we strive for accuracy and speed, ulabsnow is not liable for delays caused by laboratory processing or technical issues.

6. Privacy & HIPAA
Your health information is protected under HIPAA regulations. We only share data with necessary medical professionals and laboratory partners involved in your diagnostic process.

7. Limitation of Liability
ulabsnow's liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or reliance on test results.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County.
